El Ing. Willan Oswaldo Yuquilima Naula<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>, presidente del GAD de Chiquintad y Consejero Provincial del Azuay, fue parte activa de la hist\u00f3rica declaratoria impulsada por el alcalde de Nab\u00f3n, Patricio Maldonado, que establece el 16 de septiembre como el “D\u00eda C\u00edvico Provincial por la Defensa del Agua, los P\u00e1ramos y la Vida”.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Esta decisi\u00f3n fue respaldada por unanimidad por los alcaldes del Azuay, el Prefecto, la Viceprefecta y los consejeros provinciales.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
